Rapid prototyping of new designs and extensive testing are coupled with detailed analysis of the injection moulding process. This is all completed before any mould steel is cut and ensures accurate, high quality, consistent components are produced ready for high-speed automatic assembly.

We maintain key partnerships with industry-leading toolmakers around the globe and source the highest quality moulds, to ensure precise replication of component details over many millions of cycles. All moulds are kept in excellent condition as a result of strict mould servicing procedures within our own facilities or by the original manufacturer. Interchangeable mould components ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
