Company History
- Waddington and Duval was founded in 1956 and moved to its current site in Merton, London in 1990
- In 1989 it became part of the David S Smith Group, a leading European producer of paper and packaging
- In 1999, the company's name changed to Worldwide Dispensers in order to reflect the membership of the group and its international growth.
- During 2000, the DS Smith group acquired a US company specialising in liquid connectors and other components for the food, medical and biotechnology sectors. This company is now known as Worldwide Dispensers USA
